Jessica Valant is a physical therapist (US based) who also has lived experience with endometriosis. Her YouTube channel has lots of short (10 minutes) Pilates exercises that hold endometriosis in mind and other chronic illness such as EDS and hypermobility. I personally watch her videos and have a few I use regularly for exercise. I like her pacing and compassionate approach to listening to the needs of our bodies when in pain and recovery.
